Pavel has a M.Sc. degree in Public Policy and Management. He has more than 15-year programme management experience in HIV/AIDS, human rights and key populations, in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA).
Before joining EKPC, Pavel was acting as an independent consultant on Human Rights and Sustainable Development, as well as strategic analysis and strengthening the role of civil society in changing political, economic and social context of the region. Earlier, in 2009-2016, Pavel was working for NGO sector running a number of large projects on HIV/AIDS prevention and care among key populations supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, European Commission, private foundations and other recognized donors.
Pavel takes responsibility for the management of the EKPC project portfolio including planning and implementation of the project activities, regular communications with different partners, monitoring and evaluation, contributing to reporting to the EKHN Board and donors.
